architecture in nature

December 16, 2013

Michael Grab is an artist that has been practicing the art of rock balancing in Colorado. His work started as simple curiosity and has evolved into creating sculptures with the rocks he finds from his surrounding environment using only gravity to hold them together. We hope you find inspiration in this meditative practice during this hectic time of the year. “The eyes will often argue with the mind over how such a structure can remain in equilibrium” - MG

Thameside Church model. Translucent stone cladding allows this building to glow like a lantern on the river at night.
This week we highlight sacred details that make our worship and culture projects special.
