Founders Place is located in the private Deer Crest neighborhood of Deer Valley, Utah, adjacent to the Mountaineer Express lift at Deer Valley Ski Resort. This three-phase development seamlessly integrates into the alpine landscape, combining the essence of private mountain living with accessibility and connection to the neighboring terrain.
PHASE I | The Edgar (East and West) and The Polly span nearly 172,000 square feet in Phase I of the project. The Edgar buildings offer a total of 32 residences and four workforce housing units, emphasizing refined design elements and fluid indoor-outdoor living with direct ski-in/ski-out access. The Polly serves as the development's main amenity hub, featuring a lounge and pool, as well as comprehensive fitness facilities.
PHASE II | The Helen is introduced in Phase II and adds nearly 85,000 square feet to the overall project. This building includes 19 residences and one additional workforce housing unit. The Helen is linked to The Polly and also includes amenities such as a state-of-the-art digital multisport simulator, a library and a sauna. This phase of the project prioritizes abundant natural light and panoramic views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and surrounding slopes, ensuring a superior slope-side living experience.
PHASE III | The Otto is the final building in this phased project and extends the development by nearly 104,500 square feet. This structure contains 24 residences and one additional workforce housing unit. Positioned for sweeping views, The Otto amenities feature a spa and steam room, infrared sauna, therapy/massage room, outdoor hot tub and cold plunge. A glass-enclosed pedestrian bridge connects The Otto directly to the amenities of Phases I and II, as well as the nearby ski lift.
As a LEED Gold-certified project, every aspect of Founders Place reflects attention to sustainable components. Its design is luxurious yet mindful of environmental considerations.
