Sparano + Mooney Architecture (SMA) is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson/Designer to join our team in our Los Angeles office. Varied project types for public clients include municipal, recreation, and multi-family/mixed-use.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a BArch degree in architecture and two (2) years full-time work experience in the preparation and production of construction documents and construction detailing in REVIT on well-designed architectural projects. REVIT proficiency and strong design, technical and communication (visual, spoken and written) skills are required. Knowledge of code requirements, specifications and cost estimating is desirable. Individuals must be detail oriented, well organized, and capable of production through all phases of a project including preparation and coordination of construction documents.
This is a full-time position and an excellent opportunity for highly-skilled and motivated individuals. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the US.

REVIT proficiency and excellent design, technical and communication (visual, spoken and written) skills are required. Managing projects in design and construction administration for municipal projects is required for the Los Angeles position. Knowledge of code requirements, specifications and cost estimating is desirable. Individuals must be detail oriented, well organized, and capable of design and coordination through all phases of a project including complete preparation of construction documents and consultant team coordination. Experience in Construction Administration and Project Management on complex projects is essential.

Go back to the “DESIGN” tab, under “DESIGN” select “DIVIDERS” and switch them to be OFF
