Julie thrives in creating enduring, meaningful spaces that blend a deep understanding of the design of architectural structures and building envelope, all woven together with a consistent thread of sustainability. Her passion is at the intersection of concept and practice.

With a strong background in both engineering and building science, Julie enjoys technical challenges. Her experience spans a wide range of typologies and scales, including historic preservation, affordable housing, mixed use projects, prefab modular luxury resorts and hospital renovations. Julie earned her Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Her motto is: “Leave the world better than you found it.”
