Ludwing has worked with Sparano + Mooney Architecture for over 25 years and brings a wealth of professional experience in project management, design and production for a wide range of municipal, civic, commercial and institutional projects. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, and is an experienced project manager for our clients’ municipal projects, including supportive housing, recreation facilities, aquatic centers, renovations and deferred-maintenance projects. Ludwing is primarily responsible for project management, design development and the supervision and production of construction documents, including drawing set coordination and the development of plans, sections and details.

Ludwing has extensive knowledge of federal, state and local building codes and ADA requirements for our team’s projects, and has a depth of experience in delivering successful projects within municipalities throughout California.

Born in Bolivia, Ludwing collects wrestling figurines, can handle the hottest of hot sauces and believes that frugality is freedom.
