MORGAN BENNETT
ROLE | Designer
EDUCATION | Iowa State University (BArch; Preservation + Cultural Heritage Minor; General Business Minor)
HOME TOWN | Ankeny, Iowa
Morgan has always been interested in the connection between people and architecture, and believes one cannot exist without the other. She is fascinated by the impact of great architecture on society, and the ways it has broadly and comprehensively inspired humanity and design epochs.
Morgan has a love for learning and is honored to be part of an industry and an office that continues to evolve and adapt, making her forever a student of design. Her academic studies at Iowa State University built strong foundations upon which she continues to develop her conceptual thinking and problem solving. Her passion for ideation aligns with the importance of process, which is a fundamental component of all Sparano + Mooney Architecture projects.
Morgan dedicates her spare time to textile arts such as crocheting, knitting, punch needling, tufting and weaving, and while she appreciates natural fibers she is also willing to use any yarn available; she recently completed her first rug and is now creating balaclavas and hats.
